  • This workshop proves to participants how bread made the natural way tastes delicious and demystifies the baking process. The day-long course with an experienced tutor, covers all the fundamentals including mixing, kneading, fermentation, baking and of course eating.
Through practical demonstrations, this hands-on course is ideal for getting to grips with all the essentials and learning the art of slow baking. Sourdough starters and fresh yeast, left to ferment for 24 hours are the basis for making good bread that is both healthy and delicious, ensuring a taste that can’t be replicated.
During the day, a number of techniques will be taught to give you the confidence and skills needed to recreate the process at home. The end result will be a number of different loaves  to take home from the onsite bakery.
